Section: 40A:11-4.10: Authorization for local units to use electronic purchase of certain commodities.
4. Local units are authorized to use electronic procurement practices for such purposes as may be authorized by the governing body of the local unit, and subject to the provisions of P.L.2018, c.156 (C.40A:11-4.7 et al.).
