Section: 5:12-98: Casino facility requirements.
98. a. Each casino licensee shall arrange the facilities of its casino and, if appropriate, its simulcasting facility in such a manner as to promote optimum security for the casino and simulcasting facility operations, and shall comply in all respects with regulations of the division pertaining thereto. b. Each casino hotel shall include: (1) A closed circuit television system according to specifications approved by the division, with access on the licensed premises to the system or its signal provided to the division, in accordance with regulations pertaining thereto; (2) One or more rooms or locations approved by the division as casino space; and (3) Design specifications that insure that visibility in a casino or in the simulcasting facility is not obstructed in any way that might interfere with the ability of the division to supervise casino or simulcasting facility operations.
