This process evaluation involved interviewing 68 participants (adolescents, parents and caregivers, programme staff and external agency staff) over a 5 month period between September 2007 and February 2008. The study aimed to: - document the operation and characteristics of the programmes; - examine program delivery practice and processes that contribute to success and failures; - and identify factors associated with successful programme outcomes.
