Chapter 1b: Commissioner of Conservation and Economic Development; appointment; term; salary
Section: 13:1b-15.134: Definitions
As used in this act:
a. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection;
b. "Department" means the Department of Environmental Protection;
c. "Program" means the Open Lands Management Program.
