Chapter 41: Fire, school security drills.
Section: 18A:41-3: Violations; misdemeanors
Any principal, teacher, or janitor failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed $100.00 for each offense
