Chapter 20: Debtors in actual confinement
Section: 2A:20-3: Persons arrested; discharge; action
2A:20-3. Any person arrested as stated in N.J.S.2A:20-2 and who has given the bond therein prescribed, may bring an action in a summary manner for his discharge under this chapter in the Superior Court.
