Section: 34:20-11: Rules, regulations.
11. The commissioner shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), make and promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the purposes of this act.
