Section: 36:2-272: "Adult Vaccine Preventable Disease Awareness and Improvement Month," August; designated.
1. August of each year is designated as "Adult Vaccine Preventable Disease Awareness and Improvement Month" in New Jersey to increase public awareness of the importance of adults receiving vaccines against preventable diseases and to promote outreach and education efforts concerning adult vaccination.
