DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER OF PUBLIC REPRIMAND
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report recommending that JOHN W. SJOSTROM of Cape May Court House be publically reprimanded for violation of DR 7-101(A)(2) for his failure to carry out a contract of employment and of DR 1-102(A)(4) for his misrepresentation of the status of a proceedings, and the Court having reviewed the record,
And the Disciplinary Review Board further recommending that respondent be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the costs of all stenographic transcripts, and good cause appearing
It is ORDERED that the report of the Disciplinary Review Board is hereby adopted and that JOHN W. SJOSTROM be and hereby is publicly reprimanded for his violations of DR 7-101(A)(2) and DR 1-102(A)(4); and it is further
ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said JOHN W. SJOSTROM as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further
ORDERED that JOHN W. SJOSTROM reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts of this matter.
