ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend JOSEPH L. FERRARO of Paterson from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issuedPage 634
on January 8, 1979 temporarily suspending JOSEPH L. FERRARO from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on February 6, 1979 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District XI Ethics Committee, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of JOSEPH L. FERRARO, imposed by order of this Court dated January 8, 1979, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that said JOSEPH L. FERRARO be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
