ORDER
Upon consideration of the petition for writ of mandamus; and the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the supplement thereto, it is.
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that consideration of the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis be deferred pending further order of the court. Within 30 days of the date of this order, petitioner must either provide this court complete answers to the questions enumerated in the affidavit of indigency so that the court can assess his ability to pay the docketing fee, or pay the $450 docketing fee to the Clerk of this court. Failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of the appeal for lack of prosecution. See D.C. Cir. Rule 38. It is.
FURTHER ORDERED that consideration of the petition for writ of mandamus be deferred pending disposition of the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.
