The parties are directed to file motions to govern further proceedings within thirty days of the Supreme Court's decision in Boumediene v. Bush and Al Odah v.United States, Nos. 06-1195 06-1196, cert.granted (U.S. Jun. 29, 2007). In the interim, the court will entertain at any time a motion by appellants to dismiss their own appeal pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure42(b).Page 1
