It is ordered by the court on its own motion that each party submit a supplemental brief addressing whether the petitioners have standing in this court under Article III of the United States Constitution. See Transmission Agency of N. Cal. v.FERC, 495 F.3d 663, 669-70 (D.C. Cir. 2007). The parties should address, among other issues, whether the liquidation of Collins Aikman affects this court's ability to redress an injury in fact.
