County of Monmouth ss: Elias Covenhoven being sworn--deposeth that he was examined as a Witness in behalf of the Plaintiff in the New Trial in the above cause. That William Willcocks took a Bill when hearsay evidence and thinks that the deponent is not positive it was in some part of the Testimony of Andrew Bowne - And further this Deponent saith not.
