The Counsel for Plffs produced a certain Phebe Ketchum & offered her as a Witness in this Cause but the Counsel for defts objected agt her Testimony alledging that she was interested in the [count] of the suit as she rode was in the waggon as conveyed the goods at the time of the seizure - But said objection was overruled & thereupon a Bill of Exceptions taken &c
