Section: 27:25-5.27: Customer advocate, annual report.
16. The New Jersey Transit Corporation shall employ a customer advocate. The customer advocate shall annually provide a report of his or her activities during the prior fiscal year, which shall be included in the corporation's annual report required by section 20 of P.L.1979, c.150 (C.27:25-20). The customer advocate's annual report shall include: a list of any customer surveys performed and a summary of the results of each; a summary of customer experience enhancements; a list of customer facility improvements; and an account of the on-time performance of rail passenger service, including light rail service, operated by, or under contract to, the corporation, including data for each such passenger line.
