Chapter 52: Definition of expungement
Section: 2C:52-9: Order fixing time for hearing
Upon the filing of a petition for relief pursuant to this chapter, the court shall, by order, fix a time not less than 35 nor more than 60 days thereafter for hearing of the matter.
