Section: 17:11d-5.1: Violations, tax preparer.
4. It shall be an unlawful practice and violation of P.L.1960, c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.) for a tax preparer to violate any provision of P.L.2007, c.258 (C.17:11D-1 et seq.).
