Chapter 37b: Findings, declarations
Section: 17:37b-4: Definitions
For the purposes of this act:
a. "Commissioner" shall mean the Commissioner of Insurance;
b. "Division" shall mean the Division of Property-Casualty Examination established by section 2 of this act.
