Chapter 168a: Legislative findings
Section: 2A:168a-16: Regulations, guidelines, rules.
10. The State Parole Board shall promulgate any regulations or issue guidelines necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act. The court may publish rules or guidelines to implement this act.
