Chapter 11b: Findings.
Section: 30:11b-4.1: Applicable act
The provisions of the "Uniform Fire Safety Act," P.L. 1983, c. 383 (C. 52:27D-193 et seq.) shall apply to any residence licensed or regulated pursuant to P.L. 1977, c. 448 (C. 30:11B-1 et seq.).
