Chapter 2: State Holidays
Section: 36:2-340: "Disability Employment Awareness Month," October; designated.
1. October of each year is designated as "Disability Employment Awareness Month" in New Jersey in order to increase public awareness of employment of individuals with disabilities, and promote the elimination of discriminatory obstacles to employment of people with disabilities.
