Chapter 3: Certain vehicles excepted from chapter
Section: 39:3-66.2: Punishment for violation
Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be subject to a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten days, or both.
