New Jersey Statutes, Title: 40, MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Chapter 52: The governing body may make, amend, repeal and enforce ordinances to license and regulate:
Section: 40:52-19: No license or permit required for an occasionally operated business by individual under 18 years of age.
1. A municipality shall not require a license or permit for a business that is operated only occasionally and by an individual who is under 18 years of age.
