Chapter 16a:
Section: 43:16a-16.10: Authority of board of trustees.
3. The board of trustees shall at all times have authority to invest and reinvest the monies in, and to acquire for or on behalf of, the Police and Firemen's Retirement System of New Jersey mortgage loans on residential property.
