Chapter 11a: Nurse Multistate Licensure Compact
Section: 45:11a-10: Revocation, disciplinary action.
2. The multistate licensure privilege granted by this State pursuant to the compact is subject to revocation or other disciplinary action as the result of any disciplinary action imposed by a nurse's home state.
