    Chapter 8b: Declaration relative to practice of marriage and family therapy

      Section: 45:8b-83: Current practitioners may qualify as a licensed clinical drama therapist.

          16. For a period of 360 days after the date procedures are established by the board for applying for licensure as a clinical drama therapist, any person may qualify as a licensed clinical drama therapist, upon application for licensure and payment of the appropriate fee, provided the applicant furnishes satisfactory evidence to the board that the applicant has obtained the credential "RDT" (Registered Drama Therapist) from the North American Drama Therapy Association that is current and that the applicant is in good-standing and has engaged in the practice of dance/movement therapy for at least one year.
