    Chapter 16: Bond; conditions; surety; filing

      Section: 52:16-8: Recording and filing papers

           The Secretary of State shall, with all convenient speed, record all papers which shall come to his hands and which it is his duty to record, and also file such papers in his office, agreeably to law.
