Chapter 13:
Section: 26:13-17.1: Information disseminated during times of public health emergencies.
1. Throughout the duration of a public health emergency declared pursuant to P.L.2005, c.222 (C.26:13-1 et seq.), to the extent practicable, information concerning food access programs and resources shall be prominently displayed on the main website of the Statewide 2-1-1 system and of each executive branch department. In addition, to the extent practicable, the Statewide 2-1-1 system and the executive branch departments shall disseminate information concerning food access programs and resources using social media and any other means deemed appropriate to reach as many individuals and population groups in the State as possible.
