New Jersey Statutes, Title: 26, HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS

    Chapter 2h: Declaration of public policy

      Section: 26:2h-14.1: Definitions

           As used in this act:

a. "Department" means the State Department of Health.

b. "Heat emergency" means an indoor air temperature of 85 degrees Fahrenheit or higher for a continuous period of four hours or longer.
